Landsec
Landsec has been part of the local community since 2010, when it took ownership of the O2 Centre and land behind it. Landsec is leading on the O2 Centre Masterplan to transform the area into an amazing place for all.
Landsec’s collaborative work has contributed over £100,000 worth of social value to the local community since 2019. This has included working with Resurgo to deliver the Spear employability training programme, supporting Ukrainian refugees by establishing the Ukrainian Refugee Hub at the O2 Centre, contributing to the Young Camden Foundation and delivering community grants through the Landsec Futures fund.
